The staff was attentive. My room was spacious and contained quality toiletries. I appreciated the breakfast buffet, offering a wide selection. The location was central, near many city attractions.
The hairdryer provided in the room had a short usage time before needing to cool down.

fantastic experience
clean room comfortable bed friendly staff perfect location
the room was very clean it was also comfortable and beautiful the bed offered great comfort i found the room to be really warm i especially enjoyed a beautiful building view from the window. the reception staff were friendly and helpful they assisted me with printing some documents i appreciated this kind assistance greatly. the hotel's location is indeed perfect it is situated right in the city center all main attractions are easily within walking distance. i would be happy to stay here again i highly recommend this hotel for a lovely stay.

the hotel has a good position near the riverside and castle it is just around the corner i discovered that the market square is only a 5-minute walk from the location. tram stops are also very close.

a romantic getaway fulfilled
beautiful room super clean hotel substantial lunchboxes
i found the room very beautiful. the hotel was super clean, a detail i always appreciate. the room had easy access. they even gave us substantial lunchboxes for our trip when we couldn't make it to breakfast (a lovely surprise!).
the room blinds were too short on the sides. they did not cover all the light, a problem that could be easily solved.

helpful staff amazing sauna
the staff helped with directions. the location allowed walking to many destinations. the sauna was amazing and private. i had exclusive use with my guests when booked.
the hairdryer was useless. it stopped after three minutes. i waited ten minutes to use it again.
